Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of Spanish do you teach?

Spanish is a single language, and you’ll be able to communicate and understand any Spanish speaker in the world! While there are small differences, my classes focus on Spanish from Spain while helping you understand key differences with Latin American Spanish.

How often is it recommended to take lessons?

You can take lessons as often as you like, depending on your schedule and goals. For healthy progress and to avoid forgetting what you’ve learned, I recommend taking lessons at least 2 a week. This frequency helps reinforce your knowledge and maintain consistent improvement.

How do you determine my current level of Spanish?

I assess your level during the trial class through a combination of conversation and simple activities. This helps me understand your strengths and areas for improvement.

What is the refund policy?

Students must notify the cancellation of a class at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule without any charges. If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notification, the class will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Do you provide study materials or practice activities outside of class?

Yes, I provide personalized materials such as exercises, readings, and interactive activities to help you practice and reinforce what you learn in class. If you need extra homework or additional resources, I’m happy to provide those as well to support your learning journey.

What materials do I need for the classes?

You will need a reliable internet connection, Zoom installed on your device, and familiarity with using Google Slides, as all classes will be conducted through these tools.
